  • Where are you based?
    We're wrapped up like fish 'n' chips at the bottom of the world (did anyone else sing that song in school assemblies?!) in Invercargill, New Zealand!
  • How long are your dispatch times?
    We know that when you've got a craving, you've got it now! That's why we aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am on the same day when possible, however at this stage can't make any guarantees. You can expect your order to be dispatched the day after purchase during business days, or on the following business day if you've placed an order over a weekend, public holiday, or during a vacation (which will be noted on our home page). Once your package is on its journey to your address, you will receive a tracking number so that you can keep up-to-date on its where-a-bouts.
  • How long should shipping take?
    We know you want your goodies ASAP, but unfortunately they do have to travel for some time to get to you! Please allow a day for the courier to pick up your parcel once you receive your order fulfillment confirmation, followed by 1-3 business days (so not including any weekend days!) for your package to arrive at your doorstep. For example, let's say your parcel was picked up on Friday morning, that would be classed as day one. Monday would be day two, and Tuesday would be day three. When tracking your shipping, you should notice that the courier will scan your parcel first when it is collected from Be Sweet, then again when it is on-board your local courier for delivery (which can take up to 3 business days), and lastly when it has been delivered. If it has been more than 3 business days and there are no updates under your tracking information regarding delays or anything else, please get in touch with us so that we can help you resolve the issue!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Be Sweet Candy Co is a New Zealand based lolly shop, and all our prices are in New Zealand Dollar (NZD). We do not currently have the option for international shipping available, as the prices can be a bit outrageous and the process of shipping food over borders can be quite daunting!
  • What is your allergen information?
    On every product page, you will find the ingredients list of each product listed under the 'Ingredients' tab. To view the most up-to-date information and ingredients, it is our recommendation that you search for this with the manufacturer themselves. Please note that our bulk lollies are re-packaged in a small area, and cross contamination is a very real possibility. If you have severe allergies and would find yourself affected by trace allergens in food, it is our recommendation that you do not purchase from Be Sweet.
  • What if I want to order a mystery box or mystery mix, but I don't want certain items?
    If this sounds like you, please don't be shy to leave us a note at checkout with any specific requests!
  • I'm worried about the status of my order - what do I do?
    If you have any concerns about your order (such as not receiving an order confirmation, even after checking your spam inbox!) please email us at besweetcandyconz@gmail.com so that we can have a look for you.
  • What is your return and/or refund policy?
    At Be Sweet we take every precaution to ensure your order will make it to you safely. If your order has arrived to your doorstep battered and bruised, or missing something, please let us know by emailing us at besweetcandyconz@gmail.com (with pictures and a detailed explanation, if possible). Returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of your order being received. We want you to have a sweet as experience, so we will do our very best! If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can reach out to the courier company personally, and action a refund if need be.
